FIELD: wood processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking, particularly, to mixing equipment for papercrete production. Papercrete production device consists of cylindrical housing with loading opening, mixing mechanism and drive. Housing of the device is mounted inside the U-shaped frame, where along its central axis there is a shaft with a screw, in which one of the free ends is installed in the planetary mechanism, and the other one is connected to the electric motor through couplings and a worm gear. At the same time, on the side covers of the housing in the bearing assemblies, four planetary shafts with screws are mounted, and outside the housing on the free ends of these shafts, planetary gears are mounted, which engage with the sun gear and the crown gear, and the frame on one side is pivotally mounted on a bearing support, and on the other side the output shaft of the worm gear is connected by a crank gear to the base of the installation.

EFFECT: simplified design and improved quality of wood particles mixing with binder.
