FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in articulated-pivot and cross systems, trihedral (three-ply) trusses, structures and other spatial core structures. Said technical result is by fact that in a pre-stress bar element for a structural construction assembled from two identical parts by paired coaxial longitudinal slots and equipped with a reversible device made of flanges for tie rods with disk springs, flanges are installed with gaps to allow the inserted portions of the rod element to pass into each other and are secured in the root zones of the slots when stretched, and in the end zones of the same slots in compression.
EFFECT: technical result of the present solution is the simplification of the structural and layout design of the rod element with a prestrain for the structural construction, as well as the possibility of its universal functioning in a multidirectional (versatile) action, providing both compression and stretching.
