SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry and is a means for local anesthesia in form of aqueous silicone emulsion, containing anesthetic and water, characterized in that as anesthetic contains 5–12 % aqueous or alcoholic extract of the roots of oak and further comprises at least one di- or trihydric alcohol selected from the group: glycerol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol or polyethylene glycol, at least one polymethylsiloxane selected from the group: dimethicone, methicone, cyclomethicone, at least one polyester selected from the group consisting of: silicone polyester, a silicone polyester-based copolymer, cross-polymer, alkoxylated derivatives of silicone polyester, at least one preservative selected from the group: methylparaben, propylparaben, diazolidinyl urea, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, 2-bromo-2-nitropropanediol-1,3, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, phenoxyethanol or agent for local anesthesia in the form of a gel containing anesthetic, gellant, plasticizer and water, characterized in that as anesthetic contains 5–12 % aqueous or alcoholic extract of the roots of oak, as a gelling agent contains cellulose derivatives, or gums, or pectic substances, or carbopol; as plasticizer contains at least one two- or trihydric alcohol selected from the group: glycerol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol or polyethylene glycol and further comprises at least one preservative selected from the group: methylparaben, propylparaben, diazolidinyl urea, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, 2-bromo-2-nitropropanediol-1,3, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, phenoxyethanol, polyhydric alcohol ester and higher fatty acids, selected from the group: polysorbate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan, polyethylene glycol, hyaluronic acid or its sodium salt, or arginine, or glycine, or alanine, or treanine, or lysine, or glutamic acid, or urea, or trehalose, or betaine or agent for local anesthetic in the form of a cream containing anesthetic, gellant, plasticizer and water, characterized in that as anesthetic contains 5–12 % aqueous or alcoholic extract of the roots of oak, as a gelling agent contains a carbomer, or a crosspolymer based on acrylates or their alkylated derivatives, or xanthan gum, as plasticizer contains at least one two- or three-atom alcohol selected from the group: glycerol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol or polyethylene glycol, and further comprises emulsion wax, or cosmetic stearin, or glycerin monosterate, at least one higher fatty acid ester selected from the group: caprylic/capric triglyceride, rapeseed oil, soybean oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, castor oil, C₁₂/C₁₅ alkyl benzoate, isopropyl palmitate, triethanolamine, or 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, or arginine, ester, selected from the group: isopropyl myristate, diisopropyl adipate, dimethyl isosorbite, at least one preservative selected from the group: methylparaben, propylparaben, diazolidinyl urea, methyl chloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, 2-bromo-2-nitropropanediol-1,3, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, phenoxyethanol, the components in the agent being in a certain proportion, wt%.
