FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic control. Input signal of the controller is converted by two nonlinear elements 1 and 2, which have the characteristics respectively: and where x is the input signal of the device; α and β coefficients of proportionality, β> 1; x0 – threshold value. Regulating influence on the output of the device is formed in proportion to the sum of the two signals: integral of the output signal of first nonlinear element 1 and low-pass filter 3 modified output signal of second non-linear element 2. In this case, due to the small value of the signal at the input of integrator 4 during the transient process, that is, at large mismatches, its output signal changes slowly, so that the saturation of integrator 4 does not occur. With long-term action of large loads, the static error is always integrated by integrator 4, that is, the astatic regulation occurs. In transient processes, that is, with large errors, an increase in the transmission coefficient of the proportional part of the regulating device occurs, thereby compensating for the reduction in the overall transfer factor of the regulating device.
EFFECT: as a result, the high accuracy of the automatic system in steady-state conditions and the high quality of control during transient processes are ensured.
