FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a portion of a container for long-term storage of a product comprising an internal volume. Method comprises: (a) providing a flat composite comprising i. a carrier layer, ii. barrier layer of plastic bonded to the carrier layer and iii. at least one layer of thermoplastic plastic KSa provided on the side of the plastic barrier layer facing away from the carrier layer. Next, (b) plane composite is folded to form a fold with at least two crease surfaces adjacent to each other. Subsequently, (c) at least partial portions of said at least two crease surfaces are joined together to form a portion of the container by heating the partial portion. At least one layer of thermoplastic plastic in step (b) has a temperature below the melting point of said plastic layer.

EFFECT: invention provides a long shelf life of the product and does not require thorough disinfection.
