FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to method of processing and separating material from combined multicomponent system and mill for its implementation. Method consists in that material is directed to grinding mill as loadable product. In grinding mill, abrasion is produced in layer by means of grinding rolls, material being rubbed against each other by shearing loads and abrasive wear. While grinding mill is operated in such a way that grinding layer has minimum height, exceeding diameter of one particle of one of the two components, pressing force of rollers being selected so that, to achieve pressure on surface in the range from 50 kN/m2 up to 140 kN/m2 relative to vertical projection of average diameter of roll surface. Mill is configured to change pressure on surface of layer in above-mentioned range.

EFFECT: method and device allow abrasion of individual components of combined multicomponent system without ductile properties.
