SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Provided are wireless communication method, a base station and a wireless communication device. Wireless communication method comprises: in the case of evaluating that a communication device which will perform communication meets a device-to-device communication condition, base station sends a control signal to the communication device, the control signals allocate carrier used for device-to-device communication; and use allocated carrier to perform device-to-device communication between communication devices, wherein the base station allocates a carrier used for device-to-device communication from a transitional carrier, a new carrier configured to operate independently, and a new carrier which is not capable of independent operation, wherein as compared with the traditional carrier, the new carrier has reduced number of control channels.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improving system throughput capacity and efficiency of frequency spectrum usage.
