FIELD: transport machinery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of vehicle storage batteries. Design for protecting the storage battery located in a vehicle cabin contains a protective element, one end of which is attached to the vehicle body and the other end is located between the storage battery and the vehicle part so as to be sealed with one end into the body. Storage battery contains a housing. Body has a bottom surface facing the protective element. Protective element has an attachment portion, formed at one end and attached to the body, and a contact portion formed at the other end, in order to contact the battery housing, when load is applied to the protective element. There is also a convex portion protruding from the bottom surface of the battery housing towards the contact portion of the protective element, located in a portion of the lower surface of the housing with which the contact portion of the protective element comes into contact, and a hollow portion formed inside the convex portion.
EFFECT: increases battery protection.
