SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, medicine, veterinary medicine, pharmacology, and represents an agent having anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities with a probiotic effect, preventing the development of ulcerative lesions of the descending part of the colon mucosa, systemic action on the basis of a complex zinc compound with trans-(+)-2R3R dihydroquercetin with a quantitative content of zinc ions of 8.8–9.2 %, wax of the Siberian and Gmelin larch bark, Vaseline oil and dimethyl sulphoxide. Invention makes it possible to create a pharmaceutical composition in the form of a soft dosage form for external use of systemic action, which is a hydrophobic rectal ointment for the prevention and treatment of ulcerative colitis, wherein the use of a complex zinc compound with trans-(+)-2R3R dihydroquercetin with a quantitative content of zinc ions of 8.8–9.2 % makes it possible to achieve high antioxidant and antimicrobial activity.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a systemic action pharmaceutical composition in the form of a soft dosage form for external application.
