FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mine dewatering in underground mining of minerals. Hydro-mechanized mine drainage complex contains centrifugal sectional pumping units, suction and pressure pipelines, a common pressure collector. In addition, it contains inclined parallel plates for preliminary clarification of groundwater due to the sludge deposition on the plates and its further movement to a specific zone – a special ditch, where there is a device for stirring up the sludge providing a sludge cloud to the surface of the water collector sump consisting of two pipelines, herewith one pipeline is embedded in the common pressure collector that provides the necessary support for raising the sludge cloud and is lowered to the bottom of the water collector sump, where it is connected to the second pipeline, which is a pipe of direct action closed at both ends with nozzles embedded in one of its side walls and directed upwards, a hydrocyclone installed on the suction line of one of the centrifugal sectional pumping units, which, under the action of centrifugal forces, separates the evacuated sludge cloud into the liquid and the solid constituents followed by removing the latter.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the reliability and energy efficiency of the centrifugal sectional pumping units.
