FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of drainage of deposits, namely, mine drainage. Main mine drainage station contains centrifugal sectional pumps (1), submersible pump (4) with a stand for better stability, sump (2) of a main drainage. Sump (2) communicates through drainage way (10) with settling sump (9) for the overflow of settled mine water, equipped with pneumatic pump (11) with flexible pipeline (14). Pump (11) pumps out slurry deposits from the bottom to the day surface or the overlying horizon of the mine for subsequent removal. Pump (11) is moved around the area of settling sump (9) using overhead track crane (12) and rod (13). Pump (4), pumping out and feeding the mine water into hydrocyclone (5) through suction pipe (6), is equipped with drain nozzle (7) and sand nozzle (8) and is installed in clearing tank (3). Hydrocyclone (5) is connected through nozzle (7) to sump (2) for the overflow of clarified water, and through nozzle (8) to settling sump (9) for draining the thickened pulp.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the durability of centrifugal sectional pumps by removing sludge from mine waters, which is the main cause of wear of the working parts of the above pumps.
