FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to the field of construction, in particular to industrial premises protecting means against industrial noise. Sound-absorbing panel contains a perforated wall with resonant holes that perform the functions of the Helmholtz resonator neck, and sidewalls, filled with soundproof material placed into a protective soundproof shell, and the channel shaped end covers. Sidewalls are made with longitudinal grooves for the vibration damping material placement therein and with collar beads for the soundproof material with a protective soundproof shell resting and fixing on the perforated wall by embracing of its edges. Collar beads are equipped with the elements of the sound-absorbing panel hanging on the room wall. End caps contain protrusions and grooves of the tongue-and-groove joint with the possibility of their subsequent coupling with the vibration damping material. Panel may comprise a rear sound-reflecting wall adjacent to the sound-impermeable shell of the sound-insulating material and fixed in the sound-absorbing panel by means of the front wall sidewalls shoulder beads, that forms a volumetric resonator. Sidewalls with collar beads are made by double flanging of the front panel wall edges. Resonance holes in the perforated wall can be made planar or with the necks flanging directed inside the panel. On the perforated wall front side a decorative coating is applied. Production room contains walls and partitions lined with sound-absorbing panels containing a perforated wall with resonant holes and sidewalls filled with soundproofing material placed into a protective soundproof shell, connected to a vibration damping material by channel shaped end covers. Sound-absorbing panels perforated walls sidewalls are made with longitudinal grooves and collar beads, and end caps are with protrusions and grooves of the tongue-and-groove joint. Sound-absorbing panels adhere to the room wall with a soundproof material protective soundproof shell and the perforated wall sidewalls collar beads, connected to each other with vibration damping harnesses and gaskets made of elastic materials, forming the volumetric resonators with the room wall. Partitions are made soundproof and are made of paired sound-absorbing panels with channel shaped end caps. At least one of the sound-absorbing panels contains a rear sound-reflecting wall adjacent to the paired panel sound-insulating material protective soundproof shell, separately forming volumetric resonators, and are connected to each other by vibration damping harnesses embedded into the panels perforated walls sidewalls longitudinal grooves, mounted in the grooves of the I-profile and / or channel shape posts, filled with vibration damping material. Sound-absorbing panels are fixed to the wall by the hinge elements by means of stoppers made with a head and installed on the channel shaped busbars, vertically fixed on the room wall. Paired sound-absorbing panels of the partition are covered from the above by the channel shaped cover.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the material consumption and labor intensity of sound-absorbing panels manufacturing and rooms finishing.
