FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustics, particularly, to broadband acoustic suppression, and can be used in all sectors of national economy as means of noise protection. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the acoustically comfortable room consists of a shop, of bearing walls with barriers in form of floor and ceiling which are covered with sound absorbing structures, and of window and door openings, as well as piece sound absorbers, containing a frame in which the sound-absorbing material is located, and installed above the noisy equipment, floor, which is made on a flexible base and contains a mounting plate made of concrete material reinforced with vibro-damping, which is installed on the base plate of the interfloor, the walls are equipped with soundproof panels, each of which includes a front wall, a rear wall, upper, bottom and side walls, fixing strips for fixing fiberglass, an aluminum angle, fasteners, and inside the outer shell there is a sound-absorbing material, in the ceiling part of the room there is an acoustic device consisting of at least two sound-absorbing sections, between which there are sound-absorbing elements, each of the sound absorbing elements is made as perforated plates with the layers of sound reflecting material being placed between them, and the layers of sound absorbing materials with different density arranged in two layers are laid in the center between the layers of sound absorbing material, layers of sound absorbing material are of complex profile composed of evenly distributed hollow tetrahedrons, and porous noise-absorbing material is used as a sound-absorbing material, herewith the sound absorbing element over its entire surface is lined with an acoustically transparent material, the sound-absorbing element for facing the supporting walls comprises smooth and perforated surfaces, between which there is a layer of sound-absorbing material of complex shape, which is an alternating solid and hollow sections, wherein the hollow sections are formed by prismatic surfaces with cross-sections parallel to plane of drawing, parallelogram shape, inner surfaces of which have toothed or wavy structure, or surface with spherical surfaces (not shown on drawing), tips of the teeth turned inward the prismatic surfaces, and the edges of the prismatic surfaces are fixed respectively on the smooth and perforated walls, the cavities of the hollow sections are filled with a construction and mounting foam, and material of perforated surface is made of solid, decorative damping materials, for example, elastrons "Agat", "Antivibrat", "Schwim", inner surface of perforated surface facing sound-absorbing structure is lined with acoustically transparent material, for example, glass fabric EZ-100 or polymer of "Poviden" type.
EFFECT: technical result is the improvement in the efficiency of acoustic suppression.
