FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, and can be used at erection of low-rise buildings and structures on weak clay beds. Anchor system for securing the retaining wall contains a concrete slab (1), an anchor bolt (3) connected to it, located in the ground and bolted to the bored pile (2) erected behind the concrete slab. Novelty is that the anchor bolt is made in the form of a perforated tube (3) with the possibility of its filling with a cement-sand mortar (4) and using it as a ground anchor. Besides, the anchor string is deflected from the horizontal position and connected to the bored pile (2). At that, the perforated tube (3) is passed through a opening made in the bored pile (2), through a borehole drilled in the ground and through an opening in a concrete slab, and also equipped with threaded ends with mounted on them washers (5), hold-down nuts (6) and plugs (7) forming the heads of the anchor string.
EFFECT: technical result that is achieved when erecting the anchoring system of the retaining wall is in increase in the bearing capacity of the anchor string, which is the dominant element of the anchor system, which firmly holds the retaining wall, including on weak soils, and in improving the reliability of the retaining wall fixing by implementing a two-way fastening control in accessible places.
