SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Method of preplanting treatment of cereal crop seeds includes maintaining the seeds of the Solanaceae, Chenopodioideae and Umbelliferae family plants in an aqueous solution of the stimulant for 24 hours. As a stimulator, an aqueous solution of ethylenediammonium tetraborate of the formula [C2H4(NH3)2]H4B4O9 with an active substance concentration of 0.003–0.005 %.
EFFECT: providing an increase in the germinating energy and speed of seeds of the Solanaceae, Chenopodioideae and Umbelliferae family plants, grain maternity acceleration, as well as expansion of the range of products of this application.
