SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aerogeophysical methods and may be used in the search for submarines and minerals, as well as to study the geological structure of land and other applications. Method of aerial survey, in which a low-frequency electromagnetic field is excited in a vertical magnetic dipole generated by a current generator and an induction coil towed by an aircraft, the induction coil is moved at a predetermined height and record the current coordinates of its position, simultaneously measure the magnitude of the response of the medium to the effect of the magnetic field, the spatial arrangement of the deviation of the response from the inhomogeneities of the medium to the effect of the magnetic field on the response value of the homogeneous medium, identify the coordinates of the sections of the inhomogeneous medium, on which they judge the nature of the distribution of the electromagnetic parameters of this medium in the explored territory. At the same time, the induction coil is towed by at least three aircraft, the induction coil is formed by tension through the air of the cable alternately passing through the towing structures of these aircraft, continuously determining the coordinates of the reference points along the length of the cable with respect to the aircraft, on the coordinates of the reference points calculate the current geometric parameters of the coil shape and its position in the coordinate system tied to the aircraft, and transform them into a global coordinate system. Then, the current values of the magnitude and direction of the magnetic dipole moment of the coil in the global coordinate system are calculated and the reference value of the environmental response is calculated with reference to the current values of the magnitude and direction of the magnetic dipole moment of the induction coil and applied to the conditions of its flight over the reconnaissance territory. Aerial survey system comprises a main aircraft towing the induction coil of the generator circuit, a navigation device, a meter for measuring the response of the medium to the action of the magnetic field, an on-board calculating unit with a current position module of the induction coil relative to the aircraft and a module for recording the current value of the magnitude of the response of the medium to the action of the magnetic field.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by the invention is an increase in the depth of detection of submarines and electromagnetic sounding of the earth's interior when searching for deposits of hydrocarbons and other minerals.
