FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes an apparatus and a method for aerophysical survey. The engineering solution lies in the use of a receiving antenna which, owing to its configuration and defined installation relative to a generator antenna, provides compensation for the field induced by residual current flowing in the generator antenna. The apparatus additionally includes a receiving antenna for which, owing to its flexible attachment to the rope suspension of the probe, the effect of electromagnetic interference caused by vibration of the probe during motion is reduced. The apparatus also includes an antenna placed concentric to the generator antenna. Each of said antennae has a given operating bandwidth, thereby improving receiving conditions of the response signal in time intervals corresponding to the operating frequencies of each antenna.
EFFECT: reduced interference on a received response electromagnetic signal cased by vibrations of the receiving antenna and residual current in the generator antenna, flowing when the excitation current is turned off, as well as improved rigidness of the structure.
