FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchange equipment, namely to devices for air-liquid heating of premises for various purposes when using all kinds of solid fuel. Heating device includes bell-type and furnace chambers, the walls of which are made of fire brick along the body outline. Combustion chamber contains a solid fuel loading door, a bottom, walls, a secondary air supply regulator, boilers, a chimney. Chamber is located above the combustion chamber. In this chamber either a liquid boiler or a system of rectangular shaped pipes is placed, which, together with the fume collector, forms the first bell-type chamber, the top of the fume collector is located at or above the furnace door with the possibility of performing the function of fume redirecting of the first bell-type chamber. Just behind the fume collector in the back wall of the heating device two parallel vertical channels are configured, one of which is several stories high with a system of shaped rectangular pipes, the two channels together form a second bell-type chamber, which is located successively behind the first bell-type. On the basis of the first vertical channel, a steam generator is installed, to which a horizontal pipe is connected, installed below the fire grate of the lower liquid boiler on the diagonal of the combustion chamber, with the muffled end of the pipe on the other side, a catalyst located inside the pipe, and with cross-holes for the steam exit. Anti-ash pit door is installed before the fume redirecting channel, that redirect fumes to the second vertical fume channel and to the vertical channel, made in the form of a chimney. Door is located below the bottom of the combustion chamber under the fire grate of the lower liquid boiler. Holes or vertical slits are made along the side walls of the furnace door in the brickwork joints.
EFFECT: increase in heat and mass exchange of the heating device with air masses in heated space on several floors of the house or liquid coolant by means of thermal radiation and through the complete combustion of flue gases.
