FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the filtration field. Method for producing a tubular filter element with a fluoroplastic membrane comprises dissolving the fluoroplastic in a volatile solvent, mixing the resulting solution with a blowing agent to form a working solution, applying it to the inner surface of the open-celled tube, evaporation of the solvent, leading to hardening of the fluoropolymer to form a semi-permeable membrane. Working solution contains, as the blowing agent, a liquid, highly volatile limiting hydrocarbon, as a fluoroplastic, a copolymer of trifluoroethylene with vinylidene fluoride, as solvent – acetone with the following ratio of components, mass%: a copolymer of trifluoroethylene with vinylidene fluoride 15–25, hydrocarbon 8–30, polyethylene glycol 0–20, acetone – the rest. Evaporation of a mixture of acetone with a hydrocarbon is carried out by blowing.
EFFECT: obtainment of stable concentrated solutions of the copolymer, which provides more favorable conditions for manufacturing and improving the quality of the filter elements.
