FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to a method for production of carbohydrate feed additive for lactating cows. Method is characterized in that girasol tubers are grounded, the lactose-mineral fraction is obtained by filtration of curd whey, the grounded tubers of girasol with the acidified lactose-mineral fraction are extracted at a ratio of 1:3, respectively, using ultrasound. Mixture is then hydrolyzed. Resulting mixture is separated by pressing into a pulp and a liquid fraction. Liquid fraction is evaporated to a syrup with at least 50 % sugar content, and the pulp is dried while enriching the mycelial fungi of the genus Trichoderma reesei and cultivated with constant stirring and aeration. After that, the resulting syrup and pulp, enriched with filamentous fungi of the genus Trichoderma reesei, are mixed in a ratio of 1:1.
EFFECT: use of the invention will increase the overall nutritional value of the feed and balance them with sugar.
