FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Vibration isolator comprises a body and resilient members interacting with object. Housing is designed as a jointed lever mechanism which consists of a horizontal arm and vertical rods. One end of levers is rigidly connected with lids resting on resilient elements and other – are pivotally connected to rods. Traction is pivotally connected with a horizontal platform on which technological equipment is mounted. Ends of resilient elements are in contact with resilient washers mounted between base and lid. Resilient elements are made in the form of helical springs. Vibration-isolating facility is mounted on the horizontal platform through the vibration damping gasket. Damper is placed under the horizontal platform. Damper comprises cylinder with bottom, in which there is a piston. Piston is made as sleeve with parallel and coaxial with casing top and bottom collars. Copper-based sintered friction material is located between the collars. In the lower surface of the piston rests against a conical spring, the turns of which are covered with polyurethane. Cavity between the piston and the bottom of the body is filled with friction material. Retaining ring holding the piston in its original state is fixed in the groove of the inner surface of the cylinder.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
