FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator contains frame made in the form of two supporting horizontal plates, resting against the left and right resilient elements, respectively. Horizontal plates are rigidly connected to the vertical plates, which in the frame lower part are connected together by the base plate. Platform for the vibration-insulated object is installed onto the base plate through a vibration damping gasket and a vertical post. Left resilient element is made in the form of a damper comprising a body in the form of a cylinder with a bottom, in which the piston is located. Piston is made as sleeve with parallel and coaxial with casing top and bottom collars. Copper-based sintered friction material is located between the collars. Conical spring rests against the lower surface of the piston, the turns of the spring are covered with polyurethane. Cavity between the piston and the bottom of the body is filled with friction material. Retaining ring holding the piston in its original state is fixed in the groove of the inner surface of the cylinder. Right elastic element is a vibration isolator with a cylindrical helical spring, encompassing an elastomeric elastic element or a wire mesh weave, supported by a net damper.
EFFECT: increase in the vibration isolation effectiveness.
