FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of irrigation devices. Subterranean drip irrigation device contains the tube with the first and second layer, outlets and droppers. First layer has the releasable herbicide. Herbicide is included in the first layer or located on the inner surface of the first layer. Second barrier layer is made adjacent to the first layer. Outlets go on through the tube in the spaced manner along its length. Droppers are located above the outlets. Barrier layer prevents the released herbicide from moving out through the first layer and directs the released herbicide into the flow channel. From the flow channel, the herbicide is released with water through droppers and outlets in the tube.
EFFECT: prevents penetration of roots into the device.
