FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of crushing materials and devices for its implementation, which can be applied in the processing of mineral materials. Method of control of the mineral material processing plant consists in that the change in the quantity and/or quality of the material entering the processing plant is recognized, and then, in response to a recognized change in the amount and/or quality of the material coming in for processing, the load on the motor is recognized and, in response to the recognized load on the motor, the operating speed of the motor or plant motors is increased or decreased to maintain a substantially unchanged operating speed of at least one actuator. Mineral material processing plant comprises at least one motor, at least one actuator, control system, device for detecting changes in the quantity and/or quality of the material, and device for maintaining a substantially constant operating speed of the said at least one actuator. In this case, control system is configured to control the plant in accordance with the above method. Computer contains a program code that, when executed, allows the computer to perform the above method.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to reduce power consumption and increase the duration of the working cycle.
