FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mineral material processing plant and may be used for defrosting of a dust binding system of a movable mineral material processing plant in cold circumstances. Method for dust binding of mineral material in a mineral material processing plant, method comprising conducting dust binding liquid through an inlet channel (105) and a nozzle block (106) to a nozzle which is fixed to the nozzle block. Then spraying dust binding liquid through the nozzle to a dust binding target to bind dust generated in mineral material processing. Dust binding liquid, the nozzle block and the nozzle (103) are heated by means of a glow plug (107) controlled by an electric control device (108) which is fixed to the nozzle block (106) for defrosting the nozzle. System for mineral material dust binding in a mineral material processing plant comprises an inlet channel (105), a nozzle block (106) and a nozzle (103) for the dust binding liquid. Inlet channel (105) and nozzle (103) are fixed to nozzle block (106). Glow plug (107) which is controllable by electrical control means (108) and is fixed to the nozzle block (106) for defrosting the nozzle (103). Apparatus for mineral material processing comprises at least one mineral material processing tool and a dust binding system.
EFFECT: technical advantage of different embodiments of the invention is improvement of the dust binding of the mineral material processing plant, increase of efficient operation time of the mineral material processing plant, reduced energy and increased reliability of the process.
