FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely neurology, in particular to devices for treatment and for therapeutic gymnastics of children and adults with diseases accompanied by disorders of the function of the musculoskeletal system or central regulation of movements. Device for neuro-orthopedic rehabilitation contains a power shell in the form of a fabric coverall with pouch-pockets for elastic chambers (pneumatic chambers), longitudinally arranged along the contours of the overalls, made with the possibility of connecting to a pumping device. Power shell contains a front part with a central zipper, means for adjusting overalls in fullness and height, contains shoulder, pelvic, knee, ankle and foot support lines connected together by loading elements, by means of supporting elements. Device is a combination of loading and unloading systems. Pocket covers for the pneumatic chambers of the unloading system are located longitudinally along the front and back surfaces of the power shell in pairs and continuously, on the contours of overalls from the level of the shoulder girdle to the ankles, namely: front: chest - front - inner thigh, front - the inner surface of the shin, rear: the center of the scapula - the back - the outer surface of the thigh, posterior - external surface of lower leg. Pneumatic chambers are made with an additional reinforcing layer and different lengths. Fixation of the pneumatic chambers in the pockets is carried out by the Velkro fastener. Support elements of the load system of the shoulder girdle are located in pairs on the chest in the region of the 3rd rib, pairwise on the back part in the region of the lower angle of the scapula contralateral, said support members being connected by an elastic rod passing through the half ring in the protective shoulder of the shoulder pad. Supporting elements of the knee brace, made of two front parts and two rear parts, are located in five sublevels and are additionally connected with each other by slings, the two front parts of the shroud in the center are interconnected by a bridge, made with an additional cushioning layer and a half ring in the center, which serves to fix and change the trajectory of the elastic rods. Ankle bandage is made removable, it contains one longitudinal sling located under the foot and three transverse lines connected to a longitudinal line, and one transverse line is located under the heel and is connected to the bandage of the ankle, the second transverse sling is located in the center of the arch of the foot, and the third transverse sling is located on the folding line of the fingers, while on these lines the support elements are located in pairs on the folding line of the fingers, in the center of the arch of the foot, in the center of the heel bone behind, and additional adjusting elements are provided for fastening with the ankle bandage. Correction of the position of the head is carried out with the help of paired pneumatic chambers, whose pocket covers are located on the cap in the region of the mastoid processes and around the collarbone on the front part of the overalls.
EFFECT: invention extends the functionality of the device for neuro-orthopedic rehabilitation, while improving the convenience of its use by reducing the time of putting on, adjusting and removing.
