Research nuclear installations fields neutron characteristics determining device contains measuring channels, silicon transistors, a reference current generator, a matching device, reference voltage generator, an emitter current increment generator, an analog demultiplexer, an analog key, a control unit, a comparator of limits, a loads unit, an integrator, a voltage to current converter, a measuring amplifier, at that, a multi-bit analog-to-digital converter is introduced into the device, which input is connected to the output of the measuring amplifier, and the outputs are to a control unit made on the basis of a microcontroller with internal memory and software including the functions of automatic switching of measurement limits, automatic selection of the measurement channel, as well as the calculation of the absolute neutron fluence at each moment of time and storage of the results, control unit is connected to a universal interface providing communication with the upper layer computing device.

EFFECT: increase in the information content, accuracy and reliability of determination of neutron characteristics, expansion of the range of recorded values, increase in response time.
