FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely physiotherapy devices for treatment using electromagnetic field of decimetre-wave. The apparatus for decimetre-wave therapy contains a microwave generator connected through a matching device with a controlled power amplifier microwave oscillation which is connected through the decoupling device to the emitting device. The apparatus also includes device measuring level of output that includes a semiconductor diode detector and connected with its input through inductive coupling with the power amplifier output of microwave oscillations, and with exit through the emitter follower to the input voltage amplifier with a nonlinear transfer characteristic. Output voltage amplifier is connected to the input device indicating the output power and one of the inputs of the voltage comparator, which second input is connected to output control unit power output and the output of voltage comparator through an integrator and its matching amplifier is connected to the control input of power amplifier of microwave oscillations.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to simplify design and stabilise the output power device in all modes.
