Steel contains, mass%: carbon 1.0–1.1; silicon 0.3–0.5; manganese 3.5–3.7; chromium 0.2–0.3; copper 0.8–1.2; nickel 0.8–1.4; cobalt 0.2–0.3; vanadium 0.2–0.3; niobium 0.2–0.3; praseodymium 2.2–2.4; tungsten 0.2–0.3; boron 0.05–0.1; rest being iron.
EFFECT: strength of steel is increased.
