FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a hot melt adhesive with wide service temperature ranges (versions), method of forming an article (substrate), articles to close/seal cases and cartons and the like. Hot melt adhesive comprises a metallocene catalysed polyethylene copolymer, less than 10 wt% of a functionalised metallocene catalysed polyethylene copolymer, greater than 22 wt% of a wax with a predetermined melting point, a tackifier and optionally, additives. Resulting hot melt adhesive has an improved operating temperature in the specified temperature range.
EFFECT: technical result achieved with the use of a group of inventions is to provide a wide range of temperatures, having high heat resistance and good frost resistance.
