SUBSTANCE: invention relates to individual vehicles, specially designed for people with disabilities or persons with reduced mobility. Multi-functional wheel chair, comprising a base mounted on the wheels, vertical rack, mounted on the base, with a handle to move the wheel chair and with a vertical carriage with a drive placed in the rack cavity, bearing an arrow connected to it and mounted on a system of wheels, including upper and lower groups of support wheels, placed on opposite sides of the rack axis, wherein on the base or on the rack a frame with a removable seat is fixed, on the arrow there is an installed longitudinal carriage, connected to a suspension, with the function of lifting and moving a person with disabilities, the seat is made with the possibility of connection by lines to the suspension.

EFFECT: it is possible to: facilitate standing up or sitting down in the wheel chair and moving therein both in a room and outdoor; moving from the wheel chair to a chair, bath, toilet bowl or back to the wheel chair; lifting a physically weakened person from a lying position to a sitting or vertical position or lowering to the original position.
