As a flavoring component contains grape sugar dextrose. As an egg component contains melange. Dry mixture is prepared at the following ratio of the components in the initial mixture, mass%: rice flour 28–29, banana flour 20–22, melange 14–17, skimmed milk powder 12–16, dry coconut milk 6–8, dextrose grape sugar 12–16, table salt 0.1–0.12, baking powder 0.05–0.08.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the caloric content of the product, to increase the content of dietary fiber, to reduce the sugar content, to enhance the flavor, to improve the rheological characteristics of the dough and the organoleptic characteristics of the product.
