FIELD: ship building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, in particular to mooring devices used to hold floating structures during the transfer of oil and natural gas from a sea-going subsea terminal. Proposed device includes an underwater grip fixed at one end on the turntable of the underwater mooring base of the terminal, and the other end to the suspended connections fixed through the bracket to the underwater subsea part of the floating structure. Bracket provides connection and detachment of suspension connections during installation and emergency situations (for example, under ice threat). Device is provided with at least one buoy, which is mounted on a hinge connecting the suspension links with the underwater gripper. Buoy is placed under water or partially crosses the sea surface and has a positive buoyancy, exceeding the total weight in the water of the underwater capture and suspension links.
EFFECT: as a result, the lifting and connection of the mooring device to the floating structure is facilitated, and the efficiency of the mooring device is kept at the terminal, including in moderate ice conditions.
