FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for the processing equipment, including instruments and equipment vibration isolation. Vibration isolator with a rubber-cord shell contains a frame connecting two resilient elements of a different design but of equal rigidity installed in parallel therein. Frame is made in the form of two supporting horizontal plates, resting against the left and right resilient damping elements, respectively. Frame horizontal plates are rigidly connected to the vertical plates, which in the frame lower part are connected together by the base plate, on which through the vibration damping gasket and a vertical post a platform for the vibration-insulated object is installed, wherein both resilient elements, the left and the right, are installed on the common base. Left resilient element is installed on a common base through the vibration damping gasket, and the right resilient element is through the vibration damping gasket, which is made identical to the vibration damping gasket fixed in its upper part and located under the frame horizontal supporting plate, wherein the left resilient element is made in the form of an elastic damping element, which is a damper comprising body and piston arranged therein, the body is made in the form of a cylinder with a bottom. Right resilient element is made in the form of a vibration isolator with a rubber-cord shell containing a body and interacting with the object elastomeric resilient element, body is made in the form of a base to which by means of hollow rivets a conical lid is connected with its large base, and the annular groove of trapezoidal cross-section is made in the base, and in the lid upper part the annular resilient buffer is fixed, interacting with the rubber-cord shell lid, covering the conical helical spring resting against the rubber-cord shell lower flange, under which interacting with the base buffer is located, wherein the mounting pin is simultaneously interacting with the rubber-cord shell lid and the conical helical spring.

EFFECT: increase in the vibration isolation effectiveness due to the mesh elastic elements introduction into the vibration isolation system, damping oscillations in the middle and high frequencies.
