FIELD: household appliances.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a juice extractor. To provide improved pulp processing, juice extractor (10) comprises grating disc (22) for grating food onto the juice and pulp, feeding tube (20) for feeding food products to the grating disc, rotating screen (26) for separation of juice and pulp, juice collection unit (40), pulp container (42), enclosing volume (44) for collecting pulp, cover (50) of the upper housing and main housing (52). Screen has the shape of a truncated cone, extending along the diameter in the feeding direction from upper end (30) to lower end (32) such that the upper end has a smaller diameter, than the lower end. During use, juice is transported outside the screen, and the pulp is released into the pulp collecting unit, located under the screen. Juice collection unit is equipped with round container (48), connected to outlet (46), wherein the round container is designed in such a way that the juice transported outside the screen is collected. Cover of the upper housing is supported by the juice collection unit. Furthermore, the pulp container comprises outer wall (54), made in the form of part of the housing with one shell (56), resting on the main housing and supporting the juice collection unit.
EFFECT: outer wall covers the volume for collecting the pulp in the radial direction.
