SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hair cutting means. Hair cutter cutting head comprises a set of blades and a skin protection device. Set of blades includes a stationary and cutting blades. Blades teeth form a serrated front edge. These teeth are passing in the longitudinal direction. Skin protection device includes guiding tabs, which are aligned with the stationary blade teeth. Stationary blade contains a front surface on its teeth. Front surface faces the user's skin during operation. Cutting blade is partially located on the stationary blade rear surface, in particular on the stationary blade teeth. Skin protection device guide tabs are placed adjacent to the stationary blade teeth longitudinal tips in the longitudinally placed position. Skin protection device forms a front surface. It is partially offset back from the stationary blade front surface. Skin protection device comprises a snap-on element for the cutting head body region corresponding engaging portion. Invention also includes a cutting hair device.
