FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used to protect and evacuate mine-workers from blind workings in case of sudden gas emissions, gas contamination of workings and fire. Device for evacuation of mine-workers in emergency, including a vehicle located in a blind working, and made in the form of a life-saving capsule with a diameter of 0.8–1.0 m and a length of 3 to 4 m, with the ability to move over a monorail made of heat-resistant steel, fixed on the wall of a blind working at an altitude of 0.7–1.0 m from the base, the life-saving capsule is provided with a sealing hatch, equipped with a thermal insulation, located between the outer and inner walls of the life-saving capsule, and the air regeneration system.
EFFECT: technical result is operative evacuation of mine-workers from blind workings in emergency.
