SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Compressible elastic element consists of a solid body, a curved lateral surface, end surfaces, an axial hole with an internal cavity. Internal cavity has a spherical radial-ring sample, whose radius r is 0.01÷0.1 of the radius R of the curved sidewall.
EFFECT: provision of higher deformation, reduction of stress concentration, plastic deformation, appearing during operation, microcracks, discontinuities, sink marks and, as a consequence, an increase in the energy intensity of the power characteristics of the elastic element and its reliability during operation is achieved.
