FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of loose materials and can be used in agriculture for grain sorting, in construction and chemical industries. Loose material separator includes a loading bin, installed above an endless, obliquely mounted on the drums ribbon with sockets, and receivers of separation products. Separator is provided with at least one additional inclined, mounted on the additional drums with an endless belt installed under the main belt. On the outer surface of each main and each additional endless belt, nests with dimensions equal to 0.3–1.2 of the diameter of a sorted material are made. In the lower part of each inclined belt, at an angle to the flow of the sorted material directional cutters are installed. Opposite each directional cutter, a tray is installed that transfers a partially sorted material to the lower inclined tape. Sots of each subsequent inclined tape are larger in size than the preceding ones by 20–50 %. Sockets on obliquely arranged endless belts are made round, or in the form of elongated ovals. Incline angle of the endless belts is equal to 35–75 degrees to the horizon.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of loose material particles separation into several fractions, as well as increased separation efficiency.
