FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to repair, recovery or erection of aseismic buildings and structures. Building is earthquake-proof with a brick wall panel containing a vibration-insulated foundation, horizontal and vertical bearing structures with a vibration isolation system, internal partitions, the roof of the building, as well as door and window openings with reinforcement, the base load-bearing slabs are equipped in the places of their attachment to the bearing walls of the building with a system of spatial vibration isolation, consisting of horizontally located vibration isolators, receiving vertical static and dynamic loads, as well as vertically located vibration isolators. Floor in rooms is made on elastic base and comprises mounting plate, made of reinforced vibration damping concrete material, which is set on the base plate of an inter-floor bridging with cavities through layers of vibro-damping material and hydro-insulating material with a gap relative to bearing walls of the shop. Brick wall panel is seismic resistant, containing brickwork of bricks with holes in the middle of the width and one-quarter of the length from the ends of the brick laid on the solution with the alignment of the holes in the channels, and reinforcing bars, passed through channels with rigid fixation at the ends, by means of flat stops, in thickness equal to the thickness of the mortar joint, and in the channels at the ends of the panel there are layers of the U-shaped type of vibration damping material, which perceive spatial vibration, the layers of the vibration damping material, structurally made of U-shaped type and perceiving spatial vibration, are made of ground worn out tires on a bundle in the form of rubber glue, liquid glass, or polymer binder, and hard stops are welded every 8÷10 rows of bricks laid on the solution, and the damping rods are elongated with the use of welding, and a solution is added to the channels of the middle zone with a vibration damping crumb from the crushed tires of automobile tires to form more rigid zones, reinforcing bars are made damping, the inner cavity of which is made in the form of a vibration damping insert consisting of an elastic rod coaxially and axially symmetric located inside the cylindrical damping element, on which uniformly fixed, perpendicular to its axis, damping rings made of a vibration damping material with the formation of cavities filled with a vibration damping material, for example sand.
EFFECT: reinforcement of buildings or installations, reducing their vulnerability under action of wind loads and earthquakes, improved seismic safety, durability and service life.
