FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rotor type digging machines for digging of the main pipelines trenches. In its central part in shape the rotor has the protruding trapezoid outline with the maximum diameter corresponding to the trench depth, and inside it rotor shaft drives are installed on the platforms that through the posts are rigidly connected to the device carrier frame, on which the flat chain cutters are mounted in the immediate vicinity of the posts ensuring the passage of posts in the soil, and below the rotor horizontal plane of symmetry a receiving tray is arranged, which is rigidly connected to the supporting frame and is equipped with a window for the soil evacuation by a conveyor.
EFFECT: proposed solution allows not only the significant reduction in the rotor metal consumption, but also to simplify its design.
