FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting devices, in particular to hinged type boom loaders hydraulic drives. Boom arm lifting mechanism hydraulic drive contains a pump, a hydraulic distributor, lifting boom driving hydraulic cylinder, additional damper, which cavity volumes are connected to the hydraulic cylinder rod and piston cavities via check valves and relate to each other as the volumes of hydraulic cylinder rod and piston cavities due to different diameters of the plunger end parts. Load-lifting mechanism hydraulic drive is equipped with an additional hydraulic cylinder, pivotally connected parallel to the drive hydraulic cylinder with a boom and the manipulator base, hydraulic accumulator, which has a hydraulic connection with the piston and rod cavities of the additional hydraulic cylinder via the check valves and the pressure hydraulic line, which working volume is equal to the volume of the additional hydraulic cylinder piston cavity, a damper with throttling openings of 3–4 mm in diameter, made in the end parts of the plunger.
EFFECT: enabling recovery of energy accumulated during the manipulator boom braking when it is lowered with a load, and reduction in dynamic loads.
