FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to lifting devices, and in particular to hydraulic boom mounted type forest manipulators. The hydraulic drive of the hoisting mechanism includes an oil tank (1), a pump (2), a hydraulic distributor (3), a hydraulic cylinder (4) of the hoisting boom drive with an inlet (5) and outlet (6) pipelines connected to each other by a pipeline (7), into which the return valve (8), as well as a normally closed controlled check valve (12) with a control line (13). A controlled valve (9) is installed in the outlet pipeline (6), parallel to which a pipeline (10) with a check valve (11) is connected. The controlled valve (9) is provided with a control line (14). Throttle dampers (15) are installed in control lines (13) and (14). An additional damper (16) is connected to the inlet (5) and outlet (6) pipelines through check valves (17) and (18), in the body of which there is a hollow plunger (19), spring-loaded at both ends by compression springs (20) and (21). The left cavity (22) of the additional damper (16) is connected to the inlet pipeline (5) through the channel and adjustable throttle (23), and the right cavity (24) of the additional damper (16) is connected to the outlet pipeline (6) through the channel and adjustable throttle (25). Adjustable throttles (23) and (25) are built into the additional damper housing (16). The body of the additional damper (16) is equipped with threaded plugs (26) and (27) and adjusting washers (28) and (29) for adjusting the volume of the left (22) and right (24) cavities of the additional damper (16). The screw plugs (26) and (27) are channeled and integral with check valves (17) and (18).
EFFECT: reduced dynamic loading of the hydraulic drive of the hoisting mechanism of the forest manipulator when the hoisting boom stops in intermediate positions.
