FIELD: technology of water and air purification.
SUBSTANCE: installation for the purification of natural waters refers to the field of water treatment and can be used for the preliminary treatment of natural waters, in particular surface water for domestic, drinking, industrial and agricultural water supply. Natural water purification plant comprises rectangular body 1 with vertical contact chamber 2 and adjacent sedimentation tanks 3 on both sides. Contact chamber 2 is divided by horizontal grid 4 and grid 5 into overfillter zone 6, filtration zone 7 and clarification zone 8, respectively. Overfilter zone 6 is provided with water supply pipeline 9 for washing, at least one mixing chamber 11 made in the form of a truncated cone, which is turned by a smaller base to filtration zone 7, and equipped with a tangentially supplied supply line of feed water with reagent 12-aluminum oxychloride, in the lower part and horizontal distribution half-tubes 13 in the upper. Filtration zone 7 is provided with two layers of floating filtering load: the upper one is coarse-grained 14, and the lower one is fine-grained 15. Clarification zone is provided with a drainage system for wash water 16 draining and at least two filtrate bypass pipelines 17 to each of sedimentation tanks 3 with outlet conical nozzles 18. Each of sedimentation tanks 3 is provided with a drainage system for evacuation 19, at least two recirculation chambers 20 formed by cylindrical casing 21, inside which is co-axially located recirculation 22, consisting of a confuser and diffuser connected by a cylindrical part of one another, by post-treatment unit 23 consisting of floating charge 24 located between upper retaining grid 25 and lower retaining grid 26, and located below the upper edge of the diffuser of recirculation 22, and perforated clarified water discharge ducts 27 located above the diffuser of recirculation 22. Recirculators are arranged coaxially with conical nozzles 18 of the filtrate bypass pipelines 17 into sedimentation tanks 3.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the degree of preliminary purification of natural waters from suspended, colloidal and dissolved substances and to substantially reduce the load for the following purification steps.
