SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at obtaining electricity in an environmentally friendly way in conditions of a complex and systemic combination of solar light and heat energy and forces, related to the temperature drop and air pressure as a function of altitude, more complete and effective use of solar potential energy and kinetic energy of moving air masses to generate electricity, increase its capacity and create conditions for ensuring the optimization and stability of the process of energy transformations based on the mechanisms and effects of the formation of static electricity. Energy of the air stream is directly converted into an electrostatic charge. This charge is forcibly removed at certain intervals.

EFFECT: number of mechanical intermediates in the transformation of the kinetic energy of the air flow into electricity, which leads to increased efficiency and simplification of energy transformations is minimized.
