FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military fortifications for observing and small arms firing. Prefabricated observation and weapon emplacement consists of an observation cabin in the form of a multi-gunport combat casemate with observation slots and a set of observation and weapon means with their independent and remote control mechanisms. Observation cabin is made of a two-tiered structure in the form of the upper and lower combat casemates with an entrance block-tambour, made of multi-layer high-strength composite material by vacuum infusion technology in the form of unified wall panels with one and two observation slots, flat support panels of casemates and tambour, floor panels connected together by tightening bolts through mounting metal corners. Floor panels are equipped with transfer hatches with gangway-ladders and means for providing observation and fire with all types of small arms and grenade launchers, and additional protection against bullets and fragments is provided by auxiliary protective walls from bulk-type gabions or synthetic earth bags.
EFFECT: simplifies the design and reduces assembly time.
