SUBSTANCE: invention relates to downhole telemetry systems used in drilling wells, namely to and a pipe with a wireline, such as a drill pipe, which is adapted to transmit data and / or energy between one or more sections within the wellbore and the surface. Information transmitting system about the spatial arrangement over the distance in the borehole through the column of the joining pipes contains electrical conductors located along the pipes body and the contactless connection elements located on the joining pipes nipple and the coupling, and made in the form of a transformer, which primary and secondary windings are located in the annular grooves, located on the joining pipes nipple and the coupling, respectively. Between the joining pipes transformer primary and secondary windings, to reduce the magnetic resistance, an electrically conductive lubricant is applied.

EFFECT: technical result that can be obtained by implementation of the invention is in increase of the signal transmission reliability and efficiency, and reduction of the tolerances during the pipes execution.
