SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pump construction, in particular to pumps for transferring viscous and corrosive liquids, molten metals, preferably media with a high level of radioactivity. Pump comprises a drive mechanism 1 interacting with pipe installation 2, one end of which is in the form of an overhand, and the other has funnel shape checker filling 3 and delivery flap disposed in the checker filling 3. Discharge valve is made of a magnetic material. Pipe 5 is installed parallel to the vertical section of pipeline 2. Lower end of the pipe is sealed, and the upper end ends with funnel 6. Above funnel 6 is permanent magnet 7. Magnet 7 is arranged to pass through pipe 5 and interact with the discharge valve to open it. Magnet 7 is suspended on a cable that is wound on coil 8 reversibly rotated by electric drive 9.

EFFECT: invention is aimed to providing a drain of the pumped medium.
