SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to outdoor conditioning unit. It contains partition wall that separates engine room and blower fan compartment; compartment for holdingelectrical part that is arranged to extend from partition wall on the side of engine room to the side of separation partition of blower compartment and which includes electrical part, while end of compartment for holding electrical part is located in engine room; panel that is located in engine room and on which electrical part is installed, other than electrical part installed in compartment for keeping electrical part; panel fastening element that is located between panel and end of compartment for holding electrical part located in engine room and fastens panel to it so that electrical part mounted on panel is opposite to dividing wall; and metal fastening member for part that attaches panel fastening member to compartment for holding electrical part, wherein panel fastening member with panel fixed thereon is attached to fastening member for part by moving it in vertical direction with respect to fastening member.

EFFECT: this allows to additionally increase productivity and ease of maintenance.
