SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building. Threshing unit comprises a drum and a bar-like concave including transverse strips and longitudinal rods. Cross-section of each transverse bar is deviated from the radial orientation relative to the drum in the direction of rotation of the drum. Angle between the working surface of the bar and the radius drawn from the axis of rotation of the drum in its middle part exceeds the angle of friction of the bread mass over the metal.
EFFECT: threshing unit ensures a guaranteed absence of slaughtering of the holes in the concave by the bread mass, which increases its separating ability.
